System Administrator (Citrix) - Ashdod

A leading organization in Ashdod is looking for an experienced System Administrator for a significant role in a complex, critical Enterprise environment with high availability requirements.

• Management, maintenance, and support of enterprise Microsoft infrastructures.
• Working with Active Directory, GPO, DNS, and Windows Server.
• Management of an enterprise VMware environment.
• Management and maintenance of a Citrix environment.
• Writing scripts and automations using PowerShell.
• Working in Azure and AWS cloud environments.
• Handling physical servers, storage systems, backups, restores, and DR solutions.
• Troubleshooting complex issues and providing responses for critical systems.
• Working as part of a professional team and interfacing with other technological entities.

Full-time position, participation in 24/7 on-call shifts is required as part of the role One work day from home

• At least 3–5 years of experience in a System Administrator role in an Enterprise organization consisting of hundreds of servers and thousands of users – Mandatory
• At least 3 years of practical experience with Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop in an organization consisting of over 500 users – Mandatory.
• Practical experience with AD, GPO, DNS, and Windows Server 2019/2022 and above – Mandatory
• Practical experience in managing an enterprise VMware environment – Mandatory
• Experience in writing scripts and automations using PowerShell – Mandatory
• Experience in Azure and AWS environments – Mandatory
• High-level technical English – Mandatory
• Familiarity with Virtual Machines, Storage, Networking, IAM, Entra ID, VPC, VNet, Security Groups, VPN, and monitoring services – Advantage
• Experience with deployment systems such as SCCM, Intune, or PDQ – Advantage
• Experience from a medical, public organization, or an environment with high availability requirements – Significant advantage
