Senior System Architect – Kinaxis & ERP

For a large-scale project in a large Enterprise organization, a Senior System Architect is required to lead the end-to-end implementation and design of the Kinaxis RapidResponse system, including the connection to the organizational ERP systems. The role combines systems and data architecture, supply chain processes, and professional leadership of development, integration, and implementation teams.

Responsibilities:

• Defining the overall solution architecture of Kinaxis and the interfaces to ERP systems.
• Planning the data model, entity mapping, and defining the information flow between systems.
• Making decisions regarding Batch and Real-time data synchronization and selecting integration tools and Middleware.
• Writing architecture documents and High-Level Design.
• Professional leadership and guidance of development, integration, and implementation teams.
• Accompanying the project from the initiation and planning stage through to Go-Live.
• Translating business processes in the fields of planning, procurement, inventory, and manufacturing into a supporting technological architecture.
• Working with business, technological, and managerial stakeholders in Israel and abroad.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience as a System Architect, Solution Architect, or leading complex technological projects in an Enterprise organization.
• Experience in designing the architecture of ERP systems, operations, and supply chain.
• Deep familiarity with Oracle EBS / Oracle Cloud or SAP.
• Understanding of procurement, manufacturing, material planning, MRP, inventory, and logistics processes.
• Experience in designing integrations, Data Flow, Data Mapping, and interfaces between systems.
• Experience with Middleware tools or integration platforms.
• Ability to write architecture documents and provide matrix leadership to professional teams.
• Experience in global organizations or multi-site environments.
• Very high level of English.

Significant Advantage:

• Experience in the architecture, setup, or implementation of Kinaxis RapidResponse / Kinaxis Maestro.
• Experience in Supply Chain Planning systems.
• Familiarity with SCM, Procurement, and Manufacturing modules of Oracle or SAP.
