Your tasks

Activities

• Registration of products, suppliers, and customers in the system
• Registration, management, and administration of barcodes in the system
• Review of product labels
• Generation, review, and follow-up of purchase orders
• Contact with suppliers from other countries
• Requesting invoices and follow-up for final delivery to the customer
• Preparation of quotes and costing of products and new projects
• Direct contact and service to customers
• Creation of proposals for new projects
• Product benchmark
• Handling of samples, reception of packages
• Project follow-up
• Presence in import meetings and appointments with customers

Requirements

• Recent graduate in International Business, International Economic Relations, Administration, Logistics, or a related field
• Intermediate English (conversational) (indispensable)
• Minimum of 6 months of experience in the Purchasing area (professional internships are accepted) or interest in learning and developing in the Purchasing area

• Minimum education: Higher education - Bachelor's degree

What we offer

• Salary of $12,000 net per month

• Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm and Friday from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm
