Logistics Administrative Assistant
Functions:
- Document management: filing, reviewing, and organizing invoices and files.
- Data processing: capturing information in internal systems, updating inventories, and maintaining databases.
- Administrative support: preparation of purchase orders, sales orders, among others.
- Process control: end-to-end order tracking (receipt of purchase order, preparation of sales order, follow-up on invoicing, logistics, and order delivery).
- Negotiation: attention to internal and external customers.
Requirements:
- Recent graduates in International Business, Foreign Trade, Logistics, Administration, or related fields
- Recent graduate or minimum experience in logistics or similar positions (non-negotiable)
- Good proficiency in Excel
- Intermediate level English
- Verbal skill or negotiation techniques
