HRBP – Human Resources Business Partner

Location: Irapuato, Guanajuato Industry: Automotive Department: Human Resources

What will your objective be?

To be a strategic partner to the business units, aligning business objectives with employees and management, providing advisory and support to leadership on Human Resources matters.

Main responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Manage labor relations, investigations, and conflict resolution.
  • Collaborate in workforce planning and talent acquisition.
  • Analyze HR metrics and generate information for decision-making.
  • Support change management processes and organizational communication.
  • Ensure compliance with labor legislation and internal policies.
  • Participate in HR programs and projects at local and corporate levels.
  • Administer benefits and support pre-payroll processes.
  • Maintain relationship and communication with the union.
  • Manage personnel exit processes.
  • Follow up on Human Resources KPI's and month-end closing reports.
  • Participate in satisfaction surveys and improvement actions.
  • Coordinate internal communication and integration and sense of belonging activities.

We are looking for:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 5+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources. Experience in the automotive industry, preferably.
