Requirements:
- 3 years of experience
- Experience in CONSTRUCTION MACHINERY
- Experience in welding, painting, and assembly
Activities:
- Analyze, manage, and improve quality problems in the painting line, structural line, and final assembly.
- Evaluate and confirm the consistency of components and assemblies, as well as prepare inspection documentation.
- Supervise quality in each process and perform periodic inspections.
- Carry out statistical analyses and manage abnormal problems in the different lines.
- Organize and follow up on corrective actions and process improvements.
- Certify personnel and provide training on assembly quality topics.
- Supervise process execution on-site.
- Perform weekly and monthly quality reports.
- Analyze problem trends and promote improvements in SQE.
Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
