Job Opportunity: Social Media Moderator (Cosmetics Brand) We are looking for a qualified female Social Media Moderator to join our team at a cosmetics and skincare brand located in Downtown Cairo . The role involves managing customer communications and assisting clients in choosing the right products. Responsibilities: Page Management: Respond to messages and inquiries across social media platforms professionally and politely.

Consultation: Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate cosmetic and skincare products.

Order Processing: Log customer orders and follow up to ensure full satisfaction with the service.

Job Details & Benefits: Gender: Female.

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

Days Off: Sunday.

Monthly Salary: EGP 9,000.

Location: Downtown Cairo (On-site).

Requirements: Beauty & Makeup Background: Previous experience managing social media pages, with a demonstrated interest/experience in cosmetics (background as a Makeup Artist or broad knowledge of beauty products preferred).

Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate politely, professionally, and address customer inquiries effectively.

Adaptability & Growth: Fast learner with strong dedication and readiness to expand skills in customer service and the beauty industry.
