Credit Controller (part time)

Credit Controller Permanent Based just outside Henfield, West Sussex (parking available) £30,000 - £34,000 per annum pro rata (25 - 30 hours per week) Tony Alan Recruitment currently has an exciting job opportunity for a Credit Controller to join a long standing business with a fantastic reputation based just outside the Henfield area on a permanent, part time basis. You will report directly to the Finance Manager and be responsible for overseeing the Accounts Receivable ledger, ensuring a healthy debtors ledger is maintained while building and maintaining strong customer relationships. Your duties will include : Chasing outstanding debt via telephone and e-mail Building good relationships with customers Taking payments over the phone Allocate incoming payments to customer accounts Ensure invoices are sent accurately Credit checking new customers Produce an aged debt report Credit card reconciliations Send customer statements on a monthly basis Issue credit notes when needed Keep the system up to date and ensure all communication is documented Key requirements: Experience of working in a credit control position is essential You must possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to manage good client relationships Ability to work under pressure and to work to deadlines If you feel that you would be suitable for this position then please apply with your CV.
