QA Engineer (Quality Assurance Engineer)

Your tasks

1.Create and maintain quality control plan 2.Create and maintain Firts Article Inspection Report (FAIR) document 3.Process capability study (Cpk) report 4.Take care of Measurement Systems Analysis (MSA) report 5.Create and maintain SPC chart both new model and current model. 6.Take care all customer requirement, 8D reports and work with any department to find the root cause and solution of corrective and preventive action until closed 7.Conduct Control plan audit to finding non-conforming control and work with any department until non-forming closed 8.Support new model and products trial work project leader to ensure that the project schedule is not delayed by the customer plan 9.Supplier Quality control to meet company's target 10.Take care laboratory and support part dimension inspection

Requirements

1. Male or Female
2. Age requirement : 23–30 years old.
3. Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Plastic Injection Engineering, or a related field.
4. Minimum 3 years of experience in a quality assurance or quality control role, preferably in the manufacturing industry or Have at least 2-5 years experience in Plastic Injection product in advance.
5. Have a good experience and understanding new model development stage including PPAP and understanding core FMEA, Control Plan, MSA, SPC very well.
6. Strong technical knowledge and understanding of quality control principles, processes, and tools.
7. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
8. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
9. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
10. Proficient in using quality management software and data analysis tools.
11. Understanding ISO9001, IATF16949, ISO14001 and good command in English TOEIC score 400.
