Production Engineer(Assembly)

Your tasks

1.Process Development: Design, test, and improve assembly workflows, production lines, and shop-floor operations. 2.DFM/DFA Direction: Apply Design for Manufacturing(DFM) and Design for Assembly(DFA) principles in collaboration with product design teams to make parts easier and cheaperto build. 3.Tooling & Fixtures: Design, select, and maintain specialized assembly tools, jigs, fixtures, and robotic/automation equipment. 4.Work Instructions: Create and update detailed standard operating procedures(SOPs), assembly blueprints, and specification sheets. 5.Quality & Troubleshooting: Investigate assembly defects, perform root cause analysis(RCA), resolve quality issues, and implement corrective actions. 6.Cross-Function Collaboration: Partner with quality control, procument, suppliers, and production supervisor to hit throughput and cost targets.

Requirements

1. Sex : Male or Female
2. Age: 25-38 years.
3. Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, Mechanical Engineer or a related technical field.
4. Have an experience in production engineering, assembly processes, or manufacturing operations will be an advantage.
5. Knowledge of plastic injection molding processes and plastic parts assembly is preferred.
6. Knowledge of production process improvement, line balancing, and cycle time reduction.
7. Technical Skill: 1.Prodiciency in CAD/AutoCAD and 3D modeling software.
8. Technical Skill: 2.Knowledge of lean manufacturing, six sigma and APQP(Advanced Product Quality Planning)
9. Technical Skill: 3.Familiarity with automation, robotics or electro-mechanical systems.
10. Ability to prepare and maintain production documents, work instructions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
11. Ability to work under pressure and coordinate effectively with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and other related departments.
12. Military status: passed
13. Language skills: Good communication(in English), coordination, and problem-solving skills.
14. Computer skills: Have an good computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint or SAP.
15. Driving Skills: Can drive car and motorcycle.
