Tom?s Boots & Western Wear has been part of the Stettler community since *1979*, helping folks get properly outfitted for work, the ranch, the rodeo, the dance floor, and everything in between.

We?re looking for a *friendly, hardworking Retail Sales Associate* to join our crew.

If you know your way around a pair of boots, enjoy talking to people, and take pride in helping customers find exactly what they?re looking for, *we?d like to meet you.*

What You?ll Be Doing

• Welcome customers with a friendly smile and a helping hand
• Help customers find the right *boots, jeans, western wear, workwear, hats, and accessories*
• Fit boots and help customers find the right size and style
• Build genuine relationships with our customers
• Keep the sales floor looking sharp and well stocked
• Unpack, price, tag, and put away new merchandise
• Operate our POS system and handle transactions
• Help with inventory and keeping the back room organized
• Create eye-catching displays and keep the store looking its best
• Work with the team to provide outstanding customer service
• Help make sure every customer walks out the door happy with what they bought
• Pitch in wherever needed to keep the store running smoothly
