We are looking for a colleague for the position of Quality Engineer, who will be responsible for managing quality processes in production, handling complaints, and supporting continuous improvement. In this job, you will collaborate with various departments, oversee control processes, and participate in internal and external audits. You will report directly to the Head of Quality. Your key responsibilities: Complaint management – recording, root cause analysis, designing, and monitoring the effectiveness of corrective actions. Responsibility for production quality – quality monitoring, record keeping, supporting production in resolving deviations. Statistical evaluation of indicators – preparing analyses and regular quality reporting. Creation and updating of control plans – for purchased parts, process, and final inspection. Participation in audits – internal, process, product, customer, external, and 5S. Continuous Improvement (CI) – leading DAR, processing Lesson Learned, proposals for process improvements. Ensuring calibration of measuring instruments – organizing and maintaining the calibration system. Collaboration with design and suppliers – informing about production errors and supporting the resolution of quality problems. Safety, health, and environment are our priority – you have the right to interrupt work if it seems unsafe.
Experience with quality management processes in a manufacturing environment. Ability to analyze data and solve problems. Knowledge of quality tools (8D, 5 Why, FMEA) is an advantage. Communication skills and ability to work in a team. English language knowledge at B1/B2 level. MS Office (Excel, Outlook), ERP systems are an advantage.
