Senior Brand & Content Manager
Welcome to Tomorro
Tomorro is an AI Contract Lifecycle Management platform that is reinventing how legal, finance, and business teams collaborate on their contracts.
With ORO, our AI assistant, we eliminate contractual friction: automation, seamless workflows, and accelerated, secure negotiations.
Result: teams that move up to 4x faster, with more control and impact.
Today, Tomorro supports thousands of users and hundreds of companies, from hypergrowth startups to large groups like Nestlé, Vinci, or JCDecaux.
After a €40M raise, we are accelerating strongly and establishing ourselves as a key player in Legaltech in Europe.
In 2025, we are launching our European expansion with Germany as the first market.
Our ambition: to become the European leader in CLM by 2030.
Your role
Tomorro is changing dimensions. We were a French product with European ambitions; we are becoming a European company, and we are moving upmarket.
This shifts the bar for the brand. A General Counsel in Munich or Madrid decides if we are serious long before seeing a demo. This is the next chapter to write: giving our brand the weight of this ambition and embedding our European story within it.
In parallel, we are pushing hard on product and tech: the CLM to manage contracts, Oro as the AI execution layer for legal work, a rapid release cadence, and truly ambitious engineering. The brand must make all of this visible.
We are currently looking for a Senior Brand & Content Manager to build this brand: defining the system, writing the editorial line that carries it, and making it hold up across all our European markets.
Your missions
You are responsible for the Tomorro brand. What it says, what it looks like, and what it publishes every week. You will report to Diane, VP Strategy. No team to manage at the start: you define the system, the strategy, and the roadmap, then you produce.
Building a brand platform that is recognizable without the logo
You define the expression of our positioning, the narrative, the tone of voice, and the storyline of our products. You set the visual direction with our Brand Designer. Your guidelines must be clear enough that anyone can apply them without asking, and sharp enough that one of our pieces of content remains identifiable even when the logo is cropped out. The benchmark is not "good for legaltech." It is the brands we admire outside of our category. The website is your primary brand surface: you are its owner.
Transforming the European angle into an identity, not an argument
European contractual AI, sovereignty, legal craft. Today, it's a line in a deck. You must turn it into something that is felt. Credible enough that an Enterprise General Counsel sees us as the obvious European choice. Desirable enough that a legal ops team wants to be publicly associated with us. This is the most difficult mission of the role. It is also the one that creates the most value.
Maintaining an editorial line with a point of view and the engine to match
You define the pillars, formats, and channels: LinkedIn, X, newsletter, blog, video when it deserves it, PR. You take positions that we are ready to defend, even if it means being contradicted. If no one in the category reacts to what we publish, it's not working. English is the source language and the master line. French, German, and Spanish are adapted versions, not translations. Behind this, you build the engine: briefs, templates, drafting and AI-assisted localization, repurposing chains, editorial calendar. The goal is an unusual volume, at a level of quality that makes people think we are much larger than we are.
Writing, shipping, and making the brand hold up everywhere
You write and publish yourself, every week. Newsletters, corporate and executive social media, articles, launch narratives, video customer stories. Every release must feel like it matters: our cadence is one of our best arguments, and currently, it goes unnoticed. You provide Sales, CS, and Marketing teams with the assets, wordings, and rules. Then, you make them adopt them. A cold email, a QBR deck, and a keynote must sound like the same company. Publishing guidelines is only 20% of the work. The same logic applies to events with Emma, Events Manager: our presence at legal trade shows must be recognizable.
Your impact
Between 6-12 months
- The brand is consistent across the entire buyer journey. Website, social, PR, sales decks, outbound, events, and product launches all sound like the same company.
- The website has significantly moved upmarket. It reflects the quality of the product, gives Oro and the CLM a clear place in the same story, and builds trust with Enterprise buyers.
- Tomorro is one of the most recognizable brands in European legal tech. Our work is recognized before the logo is seen.
- We have an audience, not just followers. Our content generates discussion, organic distribution, and inbound on our core markets.
Your profile
- Exceptional brand judgment and taste. You know the difference between a technically correct brand and a great brand. Your references go far beyond B2B SaaS. And you know how to explain why something works, without relying solely on instinct.
- High standards at high speed. You know when content deserves an extra day of craft, and when shipping today matters more.
- Real strategic brand experience. You have worked on positioning, narrative, brand architecture, tone of voice, and editorial systems. Not just producing content within a pre-set framework.
- A strong editorial point of view. You know how to transform a company's expertise into ideas people want to follow. You take positions rather than producing generic educational content.
- Hands-on production experience. Writing, editing, briefing, publishing, iterating: you do it yourself, every week.
- You have already built content systems. Reusable formats, editorial workflows, templates, repurposing, calendars.
- You master modern distribution. LinkedIn, executive content, newsletters, PR, customer advocacy, and video work together. You don't treat each channel as an isolated calendar.
- You know how to work with designers. You provide strong creative direction, write useful briefs, and challenge visual work constructively. To you, a brand is a combination of words, design, and experience.
- You are curious about the product and the business. You understand a technical product deeply enough to transform features, product decisions, and customer problems into compelling narratives.
- You have cross-functional influence. You ensure that Sales, Customer Success, and executive teams actually use the brand system.
