ENGINEER IN THE ELECTRICAL DEPARTMENT

Job Description: • participation in the preparation, development, and implementation of technological projects and technical documentation • control and analysis of electricity consumption in facilities and preparation of cost calculations for invoicing the same tenants/partners • control of the preparation of technical solutions and investment cost estimates as well as supervision of electrical works execution • participation in equipment maintenance, repairs, and transformer station tasks • monitoring and analysis of market prices for labor and materials as well as the development of new technologies and equipment • participation in the collection, processing, and analysis of offers as well as in the selection of contractors, materials, and equipment • participation in the process and technology of work on the construction site as well as continuous monitoring and periodic reporting on the realization of the construction site and/or assigned tasks Requirements:

• Knowledge of working in AutoCAD and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
• Active knowledge of the English language
