Senior Underwriting Analyst (Civil Liability)

Responsibilities and assignments
- Prepare quotations according to the company's technical guidelines and respecting the established authority limits, with the objective of presenting adequate conditions for coverage, price, and acceptance;
- Guide the Commercial area and insurance brokers, providing technical support on products, clauses, and contractual conditions, for the purpose of ensuring alignment between underwriting and commercial negotiation;
- Analyze risk conditions based on available technical information and presented documentation, evaluating feasibility and adequacy to the company's acceptance policy;
- Underwrite Civil Liability risks, defining terms, conditions, and pricing compatible with the presented exposure, contributing to the maintenance of the portfolio's technical balance;
- Support the policy issuance process, validating the information contained in the proposals, in order to avoid errors and rework in the formalization process;
- Negotiate ceded and accepted co-insurance, as well as risks in the facultative market, following internal guidelines and respecting authority limits, ensuring the adequate distribution of risks;
- Monitor the technical and commercial performance of the portfolio under your responsibility, preparing periodic analyses and reports to support the area's decision-making and the definition of strategic adjustments.
Requirements and qualifications
- Completed higher education;
- Experience in underwriting Civil Liability risks;
- Knowledge in facultative operations;
- Knowledge in reinsurance;
- Intermediate level English.
