About the company

Are you passionate about technology, analysis, and the improvement of digital products? At Toka Internacional, we are looking for talent to drive the evolution of our Toka Super App, transforming user needs into functional solutions and increasingly better digital experiences.

Your tasks

What will you do? Analyze user and business area needs. Create user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria. Prioritize and follow up on the backlog and application functionalities. Coordinate testing, validations, and releases with the Technology and User Experience teams. Analyze metrics to identify improvement opportunities. Document changes and communicate progress, risks, and pending items.

Requirements

What are we looking for? Bachelor's degree or engineering in IT, Administration, Business, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Minimum 1 year of experience in functional analysis, digital product, testing, process improvement, or technological projects. Analytical, organizational, writing, and follow-up skills. Proficiency in documentation and tracking tools. Use of artificial intelligence as support in analysis and documentation tasks. Conversational English and comprehension of technical documentation. Plus: experience in fintech, payment methods, or B2B platforms.
