Technical Service Engineer

1.) Support the Technical Manager in executing plans and controlling technical service operations for AED, CED coatings to comply with the company's policies, goals, and work plans. 2.) Coordinate with customers, improve, and resolve technical problems regarding both AED and CED to ensure problems are resolved in accordance with quality standards and customer requirements.

3.) Support Technical Service tasks, such as providing technical information, on-site troubleshooting for customers, and supporting new projects or products. 4.) Prepare technical reports, summarize operational results, and present information to the Technical Manager. 5.) Participate in meetings with customers and coordinate with various customer lines, including internal customers. 1.) Design Initial Service plans and implement them effectively. 2.) Able to negotiate with customers to achieve desired objectives.

3.) Summarize reports on operational problems and obstacles, present them to supervisors, and communicate with the team regularly.

4.) Perform work in accordance with various quality systems defined by the company, such as ISO9001 and IATF16949. 5.) Carry out activities as specified by customers, such as CCCF, Safety activity, QCC, QA, Cost reduction, etc. 6.) Study and seek additional knowledge regarding technical work. 7.) Other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in B.Eng., B.Sc. in Chemistry or higher, or equivalent. At least 1 year of work experience in an industrial factory. Proficiency in Chinese and English, including speaking, reading, and writing at a good level (Japanese language skills will be given special consideration). Male, must have completed military service or military training only. Have a positive attitude towards work. Knowledge of ISO9001, IATF16949, or related standards. Be meticulous, thorough, and responsible. Able to work well under pressure. Able to work well in a team. Able to commute to work in Bang Sao Thong District, Samut Prakan. Able to work with chemicals, coatings, thinners, and work on-site. Able to drive a car and possess a valid driver's license. Able to work overtime and provide customer service at job sites. Must have good knowledge of Chinese language: reading, speaking, and writing for communication.
