Operations Director and Design Director
Position：Operation & Design Director (Woodwork & Furniture Manufacturing)

We are seeking an experienced and versatile Operation & Design Director to oversee our full woodwork business, including custom furniture design, technical drawing development, factory operation, project execution and team management. This dual-role position takes charge of both design standardization and company daily operation, driving business growth and project quality optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Design Management
Lead overall woodwork and custom furniture design for residential and commercial projects. Oversee conceptual design, material selection, construction drawing detailing and design standard formulation. Ensure all designs comply with local Singapore construction standards, supervise the design team, and guarantee accurate and on-site implementable design solutions.
- Operation Management
Fully manage company daily operations, production scheduling, project progress and cost control. Optimize business workflows, coordinate with clients, suppliers and construction teams, solve operational and technical issues, and lead the team to improve overall efficiency and business performance.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of solid experience in woodwork customization, furniture manufacturing or interior wood construction industry, familiar with Singapore local materials, craftsmanship and regulatory standards.
- Proficient in full-case woodwork design, shop drawing detailing and 3D rendering, with rich practical site implementation experience.
- Strong ability in team leadership, operation management and project overall coordination, with both aesthetic insight and commercial operation awareness.
- Excellent communication skills and stress resistance; candidates with Singapore local industry experience are highly preferred.
