Your tasks In this role, you will work with customer service, order management, administration, and sales support in close cooperation with colleagues in the Nordics and with ongoing contact with the headquarters in Germany. Examples of tasks:
- Drive the order flow from registration to follow-up and delivery.
- Register, manage, and follow up on orders in SAP.
- Ensure correct customer information and order documentation in CRM.
- Maintain an ongoing dialogue with customers, sales representatives, and the headquarters in Germany.
- Follow up on deliveries and backordered products, as well as handle questions that require further follow-up.
- Work with the webshop, price agreements, and catalogs.
- Handle invoice follow-ups and simpler invoice-related questions.
- Support sales representatives with documentation, coordination, backup, and support.
- Act as a contact person for questions related to the CRM system.
- Support sales representatives with documentation and administration in connection with public procurement according to LOU.
- Ensure that information, documentation, and follow-up are correct in the relevant systems and processes.
Worth knowing This is a long-term temporary position of approximately one year, full-time, based at the company's Nordic headquarters in Lund. Approximately 10 people work at the office, and there are a total of around 25 colleagues in the Nordic organization. The company is German-owned and operates within biotech with products and solutions for research, laboratory operations, and clinical environments. Here you will work in an international organization where contact with the headquarters in Germany is a natural part of everyday life.
Our expectations We are looking for you who have experience in customer service, order management, administration, or a similar coordinating role. You have previously worked in SAP and are confident with order management in the system. Good system proficiency is important, and you have experience working with CRM and the Office suite. You need to have very good knowledge of English, both spoken and written, as a large part of the communication takes place in English with customers, colleagues in the Nordics, and the headquarters in Germany. Swedish is not a requirement but may be useful in certain customer dialogues. German is a merit. As a person, you are self-driven, proactive, and confident in taking responsibility for your questions. You do not wait for someone else to drive the work forward, but instead take your own initiatives, seek information, and follow up until the question is resolved. You are service-minded, communicative, and confident in contacting customers, sales representatives, or colleagues in Germany when needed. To thrive in the role, you need to be able to prioritize, keep track of details, and simultaneously act quickly when something needs to be resolved.
