Insurance Sales Consultant – Tunbridge Wells Circa £25,000 basic | Realistic Year 1 OTE £35,000-£40,000 | Uncapped Commission | Hybrid | NO COLD CALLING
Want a sales role with great earning potential – without the cold calling? A successful and growing business in Tunbridge Wells is looking for an ambitious Insurance Sales Consultant to join its team. Previous sales experience is advantageous, but full insurance training will be provided.
About the role
You'll speak with potential clients who have already shown an interest, understand their needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions. No cold calling
- Handle enquiries by phone and email
- Build strong client relationships
- Convert opportunities into sales
- Achieve realistic targets
What we are looking for
Someone confident, driven and motivated by results. Previous sales or insurance experience would be advantageous , along with great communication skills and a desire to earn and progress.
