Lettings Negotiator – Tunbridge Wells £25,000 basic | OTE £26,000–£28,000 Year 1 | Career Progression

Are you confident, motivated and great with people? This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful and supportive property team in Tunbridge Wells. As a Lettings Negotiator , you’ll conduct viewings, negotiate offers, build relationships with applicants and landlords, and help grow the lettings portfolio.

What we’re looking for:

IDEALLY MUST have worked in lettings previously.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Confident and professional telephone manner
• Proactive, organised and motivated approach
• Team player with a drive to achieve targets
• Full UK driving licence and own car – essential

• £25,000 basic salary
