Customer Service Advisor – Tunbridge Wells

Salary: Around £30,000 DOE Hours: Monday to Friday & alternate Saturday mornings Start: ASAP

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join a friendly, growing business in Tunbridge Wells. This is a busy and varied position combining telephone and email-based customer service with bookings and administration. Previous customer service experience is essential , but motor industry experience is not required.

About the role

The Customer Service Advisor will be a key point of contact for customers, insurance companies and internal teams. Responsibilities will include:

• Handling incoming calls and emails
• Taking bookings and updating customers
• Managing appointments and diaries
• Completing general administration
• Liaising with insurers and internal departments
• Providing excellent customer service throughout

What we are looking for

They must have previous customer service experience and be confident communicating with customers over the telephone and email. They will also need excellent communication skills, good organisation and attention to detail, and confidence using Microsoft 365, including Outlook and Word. Motor industry or insurance experience would be beneficial but is not essential .
