Responsibilities and duties
- Prepare technical estimates for TMSA standardized products, ensuring correct product descriptions in order to minimize costs, using the software provided by the company;
- Develop technical and commercial proposal descriptions for the supply of TMSA standardized products;
- Maintain contact with customers and suppliers in order to obtain information, clarify doubts, evaluate possibilities, and propose solutions in the creation of business opportunities;
- Perform Follow-up of open quotes in order to seek the achievement of sales targets;
- Negotiate with customers in order to consolidate proposals for TMSA standardized parts and services, seeking to maintain and achieve reference operational margins. Forward the opening of sales orders for consolidated proposals;
- Interact with other areas of the company in order to obtain all necessary information (commercial and technical) to improve the preparation of proposals;
- Achieve contracted results through the development of pertinent actions;
- Comply with PO's, PR's, and other requirements of the quality management system (quality policy and objectives, risks and opportunities, etc.) in the execution of work;
- Maintain good relationships and appropriate behavior with the internal team, the customer, and third parties, obeying the guidelines of the TMSA Code of Conduct.
