Responsibilities and duties

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Technically supervise the projects and assembly schemes of the equipment, ensuring the quantitative and qualitative verification of components, preparing material lists, equipment layout, shipping structures, and technical specifications, ensuring compliance with customer requirements;
  • Provide support to other professionals involved in the Project, providing technical guidance and monitoring as necessary to avoid deviations;
  • Provide support to the manufacturing, procurement, shipping, transport, and installation and assembly processes whenever necessary, as well as in the specification of materials for project development, the preparation of Assembly Schemes, and the preparation of Technical Manuals, aiming to guide and solve problems in order to meet established deadlines;
  • Collect "in loco" data for expansions, reductions, modifications, or updates of existing drawings, preserving the project structure;
  • Evaluate technical standards, identifying and relating details pertinent to that product;
  • Prepare calculation reports to guide the preparation of drawings and detailing of product and machine projects through calculations, manufacturing process sequences, and knowledge of material application;
  • Participate in evaluating the need to open RNC's and/or SAP's in the projects in which they have participated;
  • Ensure quality, productivity, and agreed deadlines;
  • Release and control the sending of Projects for manufacturing, product structures, and technical purchasing specifications;
  • When requested, maintain contact with customers to analyze solutions and alternatives, verify prices and conditions, in order to maximize results and ensure compliance with customer requirements;
  • Perform time tracking according to established procedures.

Requirements and qualifications

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Completed degree in Engineering;
  • Manufacturing and Assembly Processes;
  • Mechanics, Electrical, Hydraulics, and Pneumatics;
  • Legislation and technical drawing standards;
  • Inventor, AutoCAD, Mechanical, Document Manager, and ERP System;
  • Strength of Materials;
  • Quality management system (procedures, indicators, quality policy and objectives, etc.);
  • Technical English;
  • Layout, mechanical and/or electrical design at an advanced level.
