What will you do as an NPD Manager

Take responsibility for a range of products for one key retailer Implement from concept through to launch Manage component MOQs, production and sample lead times, and indicative pricing Coordinate critical paths and timelines, liaising closely with factories. Approve artwork and packaging Oversee production schedules, samples and final sign off

What will you need to be an NPD Manager

Experience within beauty, fragrance or wellness Previously managing the end-to-end NPD lifecycle Knowledge of allergy testing would be an advantage Proficient in SAP & Excel A driving licence and access to a vehicle are required due to the rural location Happy to be based onsite 5 days a week
