Recruitment Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Strategically source, attract, and engage with high-caliber candidates through various channels.

Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit.

Manage and optimize the candidate experience, ensuring a positive and professional journey for all applicants.

Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to streamline recruitment processes and maintain accurate records.

Contribute to employer branding initiatives to position us as a top employer of choice.

Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and HR.

Experience A minimum of 2-5 years of progressive experience in Recruitment or Human Resources.

Demonstrated success in managing full-cycle recruitment processes.

Proven ability to attract, engage, and onboard top talent effectively.

Essential Skills:

Exceptional proficiency in Recruitment methodologies and best practices.

Previous Expereince in Garment/Textile industry is preferable.

Expertise in Talent Acquisition and diverse Candidate Sourcing strategies.

Strong command of Interviewing Techniques and candidate assessment.

Outstanding Communication Skills , both written and verbal.
