Compliance Manager

Manage and ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, regulations, and company policies.

Lead and prepare for social compliance, customer, and third-party audits .

Manage and follow up on WRAP, BSCI, SEDEX/SMETA, and other buyer compliance requirements .

Conduct regular internal compliance audits and identify areas of non-compliance.

Develop, implement, and follow up on Corrective Action Plans (CAPs) .

Coordinate with HR, HSE, Production, Quality, and other departments to ensure compliance requirements are met.

Monitor working conditions, employee welfare, health & safety, and social compliance practices.

Maintain compliance documentation, records, policies, and audit reports.

Communicate with customers, auditors, and external stakeholders regarding compliance matters.

Provide compliance awareness and training to employees and management.

Prepare regular compliance reports and update management on compliance status and improvement plans.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law,, or a related field.

Proven previous experience as a Compliance Manager or in a senior Compliance position.

Previous experience in Garment / Apparel Manufacturing is mandatory.

Strong knowledge of social compliance, labor law, and buyer requirements .

Practical experience with WRAP, BSCI, SEDEX/SMETA, and customer audits .

Strong experience in handling audit findings and implementing CAPs.

Excellent communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.

Very good command of English , written and spoken.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
