TMF Group is a global company providing a variety of financial services for international companies (such as: accounting services, payroll, bookkeeping). A Payroll Accountant is required for a challenging and educational role with professional horizons and significant promotion opportunities.

Job Description:

The role includes managing and handling all aspects of payroll in a global environment: onboarding new employees, preparing salaries, preparing monthly payroll reports, managing onboarding/offboarding forms (reserve duty forms, 161 forms, etc.), dealing with external entities such as: National Insurance and insurance companies, fund releases, and termination of employment. A dynamic and diverse work environment.

Job Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience as a Payroll Accountant
• Relevant education in the field of payroll
• Very good English level (reading, writing, and speaking)
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Responsibility, service orientation, good interpersonal skills

Advantage:

• Experience working with global companies
• Payroll Accountant certificate from the Institute of Certified Public Accountants - significant advantage
• Proficiency in Excel – significant advantage
• Knowledge and experience in payroll software (Michpal, Shaklit, Harigel) – significant advantage
