Key Responsibilities

• Support the execution of accounting activities ensuring quality and compliance
• Prepare financial statements and monthly analyses
• Validate accounting information and client documentation
• Participate in audit and compliance processes
• Support cash management and banking operations
• Collaborate with internal teams and provide client support
• Contribute to KYC processes and regulatory compliance

Key Requirements

• Certified Public Accountant +2 years in general accounting and reconciliations (ideally funds/investments)
• Experience in BPO, SSC, or shared services
• Knowledge of management fees, P&L (realized/unrealized) and FX
• Proficiency in Office 365 and ERPs (Oracle, SAP, or Investran desirable)
• Intermediate English (B1–B2)
• High attention to detail and confidentiality
• Proactive profile, service-oriented and focused on continuous improvement
