Your tasks
Discover the role TMF Group is looking for an RDC - Accounting & Tax Semisenior, responsible for ensuring accounting and tax compliance in accordance with local and corporate regulations.
Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise the timely and accurate management of general accounting and reporting processes, including, among others, the processing of accounting vouchers, calculation of provisions, and management of internal allocations.
Ensure correct reconciliation of reports and accounts, applying advanced techniques to identify and correct discrepancies.
Guarantee strict compliance with local accounting and tax regulations, policies, and procedures, providing guidance and support to junior team members.
Supervise the timely preparation and submission of tax returns, including ICA, IVA, Renta, and other statutory obligations, ensuring full compliance with local authorities and regulations.
Act as the main point of contact for coordination with the local office, tax advisors, and other internal stakeholders.
Lead monthly closing activities and balance sheet reconciliation, ensuring compliance with deadlines and accuracy standards.
Guarantee strict compliance with local accounting standards, policies, and procedures, supporting the junior team in their interpretation and application.
Identify optimization opportunities and share best practices within the team.
Provide mentoring and support to the team to achieve their objectives and foster a collaborative, high-performance environment.
Requirements
Key Requirements Professional in Contaduria Publica. Extensive experience in BPO, SSC, or centralized service models. Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in accounting. Proficiency in accurate reconciliation of reports, accounts, and accounting closings.
