The Senior Payroll Administrator is responsible for comprehensively and autonomously managing medium and high complexity payroll processes, ensuring regulatory compliance, accuracy in calculations, and the correct execution of legal obligations and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process payroll in accordance with current legislation.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, tax, internal regulations, and global standards.
  • Execute low complexity payroll processes from start to finish (onboarding, offboarding, payments, reconciliations).
  • Prepare monthly reports for clients and legal reports.
  • Support the calculation, verification, and entry of payroll data.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate employee information in the system.
  • Prepare reports such as payment vouchers and tax declarations.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement, automation, and process standardization.
  • Monitor changes in legislation applicable to payroll.
  • Guarantee confidentiality and correct handling of information.

Key Requirements

  • University student (minimum 6th semester) or graduated technologist.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in payroll or related administrative functions.
  • Proficiency in payroll software (VISMA, SOFTLAND, PROTHEUS or others).
  • Intermediate level of Microsoft Excel.
