In the role of AIT Lead you will be involved in:

• Planning and managing AIT Plan, Flow, WBS, WPD and Schedule
• Coordinating resources and activities for integration and testing
• Monitoring progress, costs, ETC/EAC and reporting
• Managing AIT documentation (Procedures, IRR, TRR, PTR, Dashboard)
• Supporting project reviews, environmental campaigns and launch campaigns
• Managing quality, risks and corrective actions
• Coordinating procurement and test facilities.

What we expect from you

• Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering or equivalent
• At least 5 years of experience in space AIT
• Knowledge of satellites, integration, testing and documentation in aerospace
• Experience with team coordination and activity planning
• Knowledge of quality processes and operations in a Clean Room
• Excellent problem-solving skills and reporting capabilities
• MS Office, MS Project and Project Control tools
• Italian C2, fluent English
• Availability for missions, shifts and long-term campaigns.
