You will be involved in the design and development of software applications, from requirements analysis to implementation in production environments.

You will work together with cross-functional teams to build scalable, high-quality solutions and continuously improve system performance and reliability.

What we expect from you

• M.sc in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent education
• 1-3 years of experience in software development
• Demonstrable experience with one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C++, C#)
• Experience with software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum)
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Knowledge of software design principles and architecture patterns
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Able to work both independently and in a team
• Fluent in English and Italian

What you can expect from us

The position offers permanent employment, and the gross annual salary (Gross Annual Salary - RAL) will not be lower than €31,000, in accordance with the National Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL) for Commerce - Tertiary, Distribution and Services.

TMC strives to offer a competitive compensation package. At the end of the recruitment process, after assessing the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications, the company may offer a final gross annual salary that is higher than the amount mentioned above.
