What we expect from you

• Master's or doctorate in Aerospace Engineering
• 0-2 years of experience
• Knowledge of flight mechanics
• Knowledge of modeling and simulation of aerospace systems and multibody system dynamics
• Good knowledge of Matlab and Simulink
• Italian C2, English B2

What you can expect from us

The position provides for an indefinite contract and the offered gross annual income (RAL) will not be lower than €28,000, in accordance with the provisions of the CCNL Commercio - Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi.

TMC strives to offer a competitive compensation package and, after evaluation of the experience, skills, and qualifications of the candidate during the application procedure, a higher final RAL may be proposed than the level indicated above.

In accordance with our business model, the final compensation package also includes a direct profit sharing component, an individual budget for developing skills of 4,000 euros net per year, and an annual welfare credit. Further details will be provided during the selection procedure, in compliance with applicable company policy.
