We are looking for a Configuration & Data Management Specialist for aerospace programs, responsible for configuration control and document management throughout the entire product lifecycle.

The resource will ensure configuration control, management of technical documentation, and traceability of project data according to aerospace sector standards.

Key activities:

• Management of the Configuration Management Plan and the Product Tree
• Coordination of Change Requests, CCB, Deviations, and Waivers
• Management of Configuration Status Accounting
• Control and distribution of technical documentation
• Management of DRL and Data Package
• Support during technical reviews and project milestones

What we expect from you

• Degree in aerospace engineering or mechanical engineering
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Configuration & Data Management within the aerospace sector
• Experience with ESA/ASI/CNES is a plus
• Accuracy, organizational skills, and the ability to work in multidisciplinary teams
• Knowledge of the standard ECSS-M-ST-40
• Experience with Windchill, Teamcenter, Eclipse, Confluence
• Familiarity with aerospace documentation (BOM, ICD, drawings, reports)
• Knowledge of DOORS, Jama, or Codebeamer
• Italian level C2, English level B2/C1
