Are you an experienced Automation Engineer/PLC programmer looking for a new challenge? At TMC, we look for passionate and committed engineers with a strong enthusiasm for optimizing and automating robots, production lines, and factories.

In this role, you will hold a central position in creating and adapting PLC programs to manage production equipment and systems. You will be responsible for coordinating and implementing solutions for continuous integration and delivery. You will work on optimizing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and ensuring the high availability and performance of our customers' systems. Your responsibilities also include supporting development teams with tools and processes that improve the efficiency and quality of the customer's automation solutions.

You will work in a dynamic environment with close collaboration between different teams, offering you the opportunity to develop both technical and communicative skills.

What we expect from you

We are looking for someone who has completed a university or engineering degree and has several years of experience as an Automation Engineer/PLC programmer or a similar role. You are driven by improving and optimizing systems and processes and have a great interest in automation. We expect you to be fluent in both English and Swedish.

A plus point if you have experience with:

• Work and development of MES systems.
• Design and implementation of PLC/SCADA systems.
• Work with machine safety and associated standards.
