TMC Italia is looking for a skilled Data Engineer to join our team and play a crucial role in converting raw data into valuable insights.

Develop and maintain scalable ETL processes to process large amounts of data. Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to understand data requirements and provide high-quality data solutions. Optimize data storage and retrieval processes in relational databases, with a focus on Oracle. Implement and manage containerized applications with Kubernetes to ensure smooth deployment and orchestration. Apply GitOps principles to streamline code deployment and maintain CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration and delivery. Resolve data-related issues and ensure data integrity and security.

What we expect from you

• MSc in Computer Science, Mathematics or equivalent.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in data engineering or a related field.
• Strong Python programming skills with experience in data handling and ETL processes.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes for container orchestration.
• Understanding of GitOps principles and CI/CD practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills in English and Italian, both written and verbal.
• Serious motivation for the Employeneurship model of TMC.

What you can expect from us

The position offers a permanent employment contract, and the gross annual salary (Gross Annual Salary - RAL) will not be lower than €34,000, in line with the National Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL) for Commerce - Terti...
