Business Development Executive (Architecture & Design) Monthly Salary: S$3,500 – S$4,800 + Commission Job Function: Business Development / Architecture / Sales Industry: Architecture, Interior Design & Built Environment Job Description We are seeking a Business Development Executive with an architectural background to develop new business opportunities for our architecture and design business. The successful candidate will combine architectural knowledge with strong communication, relationship management and business development capabilities. Candidates with experience as an Architectural Assistant, Architectural Designer, Architectural Coordinator, Junior Architect or similar architectural role who are interested in transitioning into Business Development are encouraged to apply. Roles & Responsibilities Source and develop new business opportunities for residential architecture and design projects.

Generate leads through networking, referrals, market research and direct business development activities.

Establish and maintain relationships with prospective clients, homeowners, developers, consultants and industry partners.

Conduct client meetings and understand project requirements, objectives and expectations.

Present company capabilities, design services and project experience to prospective clients.

Coordinate with internal architecture, design and project teams to prepare proposals and project solutions.

Follow up with prospective clients from initial enquiry through project conversion.

Identify opportunities within landed residential, condominium, private residential and high-end residential markets.

Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide regular updates on business development activities.

Support management in achieving company revenue and business development targets.

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat and referral business.

Requirements Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology or related architectural discipline is mandatory.

Relevant experience within architecture, interior design, construction or the built-environment industry.

Experience with residential, landed housing, condominium, A&A or private residential projects will be advantageous.

Ability to understand architectural drawings, design concepts and project requirements.

Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.

Confident in client engagement and relationship management.

Strong business development and networking mindset.

Ability to identify opportunities and follow through from lead generation to conversion.

Proactive, independent and results-driven.

Good coordination and stakeholder management skills.
