Supervisor

Supervise and coordinate technicians and installation teams. Plan and monitor installation, testing, maintenance, and repair works. Ensure security systems are installed according to project specifications and safety requirements. Conduct site inspections and monitor work progress. Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and project managers. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to security systems. Check the quality of completed installation and ensure systems are functioning properly. Prepare work schedules and assign tasks to technicians. Monitor workers' attendance, performance, and productivity. Ensure tools, equipment, and materials are available for each project. Provide technical guidance and support to technicians when required. Assist with testing and commissioning of systems before handover to clients. Prepare basic site reports, maintenance reports, and work completion records. Ensure compliance with workplace safety procedures and company policies.
