• Construction Managers (CM) • 1 x Mechanical background • 1 x Electrical background • Location: DAS ISLAND (remote) • Rotation: 3-month scheduled rotation • Leave: 3 weeks' leave + 2 weeks' offshore rotation leave • Offshore survival / HUET certification (mandatory for island deployment) We are working with a leading energy contractor to find an experienced Construction Manager with a strong Mechanical background to lead and oversee construction activities for the Das Island Project. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all mechanical construction works, ensuring project delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance. This is an offshore role requiring prior experience in oil & gas, petrochemical, or similar industrial construction environments.

Requirements

• Minimum 10–15 years of construction management experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role. - Proven experience on oil & gas, offshore, or petrochemical projects — Das Island or ADNOC projects experience is a strong advantage. - Hands-on experience in mechanical construction, installation, testing, and commissioning. - PMP or equivalent project management certification. - NEBOSH / IOSH or similar HSE certification. - Offshore survival / HUET certification (mandatory for island deployment). - Valid UAE driving licens
