Responsibilities: Welcome guests, address inquiries, and provide prompt, professional service throughout their dining experience Verify the accuracy and presentation of food and beverage orders before serving, and ensure timely service in accordance with company standards Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth and efficient service operations Clear, collect, and return food and beverage items to the designated service areas, while maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the dining area Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues, escalating matters to management when necessary Maintain the readiness, cleanliness, and presentation of the dining area in accordance with restaurant standards Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Company Requirements: Prior experience in food service or hospitality is an advantage but not required Friendly, positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Service oriented and passionate working in F&B industry Able to work on weekends and public holidays Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods Whatsapp 91834574 for more information
