Production Supervisor M/F

Reporting to the Production Manager of a site of 250 people, you are responsible for managing a production sector for airport equipment (aircraft tractors). The missions attached to the position are as follows:

• Manage a team of about twenty people working during the day (including Group Leaders) following a logic of improving Safety / Quality / Cost / Lead Time indicators, to guarantee the timely release of products.
• Ensure the smooth running of the Production schedule and ensure the implementation of the necessary means to achieve objectives.
• Ensure the proper level of training for teams with the support of the Bureau d’Etudes.
• Ensure the reporting of your activity.
• Be the guarantor of compliance with safety rules and instructions within the workshop, improve the level of safety, and be attentive to the social climate of your team.
• Be in constant contact with support services: Qualité, Bureau d’Etudes, Logistique.

Profile sought: Your assets for success:

Engineer with a first successful experience in a small-series industrial environment or in a production supervision function, you know continuous improvement tools, IT tools, and you have solid technical knowledge (electricity, informatique industrielle, mechanics, hydraulics…).

Recognized for your rigor and reactivity, you have good communication skills and strong interpersonal qualities. Your willingness to be involved in the field and your team spirit will be assets for this position.

Professional English (written and spoken) is necessary for this position.
