Purchasing and Planning Manager

The main objective is to ensure that sales and the workshop never stop due to a lack of a spare part, but without filling the warehouse with slow-moving inventory. This person must balance spare part availability with cash flow, negotiate with suppliers, and import on time. Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience leading purchasing processes, demand planning, or inventory management.
• Advanced proficiency in Office suite (advanced Excel: pivot tables, formulas, and data models).
• Proven management of ERP systems (purchasing, inventory, and MRP modules in SAP, Oracle, or similar).
• Knowledge of foreign trade, customs legislation, and Incoterms.
• Proficiency in the English language (intermediate-advanced level) for negotiation and dealing with international manufacturers.
