Marine Transport Planner

Your tasks

You will oversee daily logistics operations including transportation, warehousing, and distribution to ensure timely deliveries. You will coordinate with teams and clients, manage inventory and documentation, operate equipment safely, and provide backup driving support as needed.

• Oversee daily logistics operations including transportation, warehousing, and distribution to maintain smooth workflow
• Plan and schedule deliveries to ensure timely and efficient service to clients
• Serve as the primary contact for clients, vendors, and partners to coordinate logistics activities
• Prepare and submit reports to track logistics performance and issues
• Coordinate with drivers and customer service teams to optimize delivery schedules and resolve issues
• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming goods to maintain accurate inventory
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery to meet customer requirements
• Assist in loading and unloading goods to support warehouse operations
• Maintain accurate documentation and update inventory systems or manual records as required
• Record goods received and dispatched to ensure inventory accuracy
• Operate equipment such as pallet jacks, trolleys, and forklifts safely to handle goods
• Provide backup driving support for on-site deliveries as needed

Requirements

Required competencies and certifications

• Valid Class 3 driving license to support on-site deliveries and logistics operations

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Knowledge of PSA and Jurong Port facilities to enhance operational efficiency
