Tasks

• Planning, setup, and administration of IT infrastructures and networks
• Development, documentation, and enforcement of security policies, standards, and procedures, as well as conducting risk management, threat identification, risk assessment, and security audits
• Design and implementation of secure IT architectures (Security Engineering) including technical protective measures such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, encryption, and access controls
• Administration of Identity and Access Management as well as ensuring information security management in projects
• Analysis of IT security risks, planning and implementation of protective measures, as well as continuous monitoring and optimization of the security situation

Profile

• Sound administration of IT systems (Windows, domain management, group policies, Active Directory) as well as solid knowledge in network administration
• At least 5 years of professional experience in the IT environment, including proven suitability for handling classified information
• Strong communication and customer orientation, high teamwork skills, flexibility, initiative, assertiveness, as well as willingness for occasional business trips (approx. 10 %)
• Technical understanding, analytical thinking, strong written and oral communication skills, and a high willingness to learn and undergo further training
• English skills at B1/B2 level and knowledge of the legally necessary framework conditions
