Tasks

• Execution of domestic and international commissioning as well as service work, with a focus on Northern Germany
• Responsibility for the installation, integration, and commissioning of communication devices and complex communication systems with a high IT component
• Execution of functional tests and functional proofs on board naval units; primary contact person for the respective customers
• Instruction of customers in the operation and maintenance of the installed systems
• Repair of plants and systems as well as creation of reports and protocols regarding the measures carried out

Profile

• Completed electrotechnical training, such as Kommunikationselektroniker:in; ideally Meister:in, state-certified Techniker.in or Bachelor of Engineering
• Experience in the operation and commissioning of military communication systems, ideally as a soldier for a fixed term in naval units
• High level of personal responsibility, independent and structured working methods, as well as strong team and communication skills
• Good English skills and willingness to undertake national and international business trips
• Possession of a car driver's license
