Tasks

• You will undertake production-related surveying work using tachymetry, photogrammetry, 3D-Laserscanning, as well as with optical and mechanical measuring instruments.
• You are responsible for preparing the measurements; this includes compiling and reviewing the necessary surveying documents and, if necessary, performing calculations.
• The evaluation of measurements, testing, and creation of measurement results in the form of sketches and plans, as well as possible further processing in analysis and CAD systems, are also part of your tasks.
• The creation of 2D drawings, 3D models, and meaningful protocols and documentation is your responsibility.

Profile

• You have successfully completed vocational training as a Schiffbauer (m/f/d) with experience in surveying technology or as a Vermessungstechniker (m/f/d) with experience in shipbuilding, or you have acquired this knowledge through another technical training.
• You are proficient in using common surveying systems (Sokkia, Leica, ZF, Faro) and have several years of experience in the field of 3D-Laserscanning.
• You are proficient in using industry-standard CAD and surveying software (Rhinozeros, Solidworks, etc.).
• Very good English skills in speaking and writing, as well as a willingness to undertake worldwide business trips/work assignments, round off your profile.
