Tasks
- Planning, management, and documentation of verification tests in mechanical engineering for submarines on land and at sea
- Creation of test sequence plans and specifications as well as their internal and external coordination
- Coordination with the testing management and the operational areas on land and at sea
- Contact person for customers and suppliers in mechanical engineering during the commissioning and testing phase
- Ensuring the timely and quality-compliant execution of all tests as well as their seamless documentation
Profile
- Successfully completed studies or state-certified technician in the field of mechanical engineering or mechatronics, as well as several years of sound experience in the commissioning and testing of complex mechanical engineering systems
- Business fluent English skills in spoken and written form and routine handling of common MS-Office applications
- High degree of assertiveness, commitment, and strong organizational skills
- No restrictions regarding an extended security clearance (Ü2) and sufficient physical fitness to obtain submarine crew suitability (TUKV)
- Very high willingness to travel, including long and international business trips
