Tasks

• You work in project management and lead the IPS project management team within a program or project in the framework of the requirements of the TKMS project management system.
• You independently plan, control, and monitor customer requirements as well as the assurance of the time, cost, and quality goals of the order.
• You independently carry out the preparation and execution of project communication and reporting for the IPS service components.
• You independently create contract analyses and develop proposed solutions. Continuous stakeholder management is a prerequisite.
• Project and customer coordination takes place not only domestically but also abroad.

Profile

• You can demonstrate a successfully completed degree in the field of industrial engineering, including at least 3 years of professional experience or similar, or you possess several years of professional experience with comparable qualifications.
• You have experience in project management, controlling external partners, and a confident handling of existing processes.
• You have demonstrable project management knowledge in theory and practice, IPMA Level C, and good knowledge of the relevant IT tools MS Office and SAP.
• You possess technical understanding to assess complex solutions and commercial matters.
• You convince your environment through your teamwork, reliability, flexibility, and communication strength.
• Your negotiation skills, very good English skills in spoken and written form, and your confident appearance round off the profile.
