Tasks

• Support in resource planning within the department
• Maintenance and tracking of schedules, task lists, status overviews, statistics, and action plans
• Planning, preparation, execution, and follow-up of meetings for internal discussions
• Assumption of organizational and administrative tasks in connection with technical quotation preparation and project execution
• Support in the creation of presentations and status reports as well as in the standardization of processes, templates, and reporting formats

Profile

• Completed technical, business, or commercial vocational training with relevant professional experience in relevant fields of activity or alternatively a completed degree in business administration, engineering, or commerce
• Experience in project coordination, ideally in customer project business or in a matrix organization
• Good knowledge of project management methods, schedule and action tracking, as well as experience in the security and defense sector (desirable)
• Proficient use of MS-Office (especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint), ideally knowledge of MS-Project, Visio, and SAP S/4 HANA as well as good written and spoken English skills
• Independent, structured, and proactive way of working, confident appearance and strong communication and organizational skills as well as flexibility and resilience in a dynamic project environment
